Something to look for when choosing dental hygiene tools is the ADA Seal of Acceptance. This seal indicates that the product has been tested and proven effective. Always choose a soft-bristled toothbrush. We advise the use of an electric toothbrush for more thorough, effective brushing.

Eating Habits
You probably know that what you eat can affect your smile, but do you know what you should and shouldn’t eat? Eat healthy foods like whole grains, dark green and orange vegetables, and fruit. Fish, beans, nuts, and seeds are sources of protein that are good for your smile. Avoid sugary foods like candy, cookies, cakes, breads, and bananas, as the sugars can be converted into acids in the mouth.
